i have 2 issues i'ld like to bring up with the community

this applies to most of you people who report people for scamming, heres a respone i got while reporting a scammer, does this mean any scammer out there can walk a fine line and anet cannot do anything about it? if thats the case what are your guys opinions about it.
anyway enough about that, i don't see the scammer getting temp banned anytime soon, but oh well, must move on.

Anyway while looking through the Rules of Conduct, does this quote include Guild Wars Factions?, i mean, there a group which hate each other right? oh well, i'll let the community decide on that one heh.

It just so happens that Gaile Grey addressed scammers during her appearance today.

It is annoying when it appears ANet is not doing anything, but from what I read, they are taking it seriously. We can't always know what happens behind the scenes.

Can we be in a group based merely on a great dislike of some other group, without HATING them? Like a guild named Korea Sucks [KSux]? :P
